Pick Cards

Each pick card is a compact summary of the engine’s analysis for one player prop. This guide walks through every element from top to bottom.

The card header shows:

  • Player name — the player being analyzed
  • Matchup — team abbreviation vs opponent (e.g., “LAL vs BOS”)
  • WNBA badge — an orange “WNBA” tag appears on WNBA picks to distinguish them from NBA picks

A color-coded badge in the top area indicates the pick’s quality tier:

  • PREMIUM — the engine’s highest-confidence picks (score >= 63)
  • STANDARD — solid picks with positive expected value (score >= 60)

Only PREMIUM and STANDARD picks are published. Lower-rated picks are filtered out by default.

For details on how ratings are calculated and what the 7 scoring blocks evaluate, see the Platform Overview.

Two toggle icons in the card header area:

  • Star icon — add or remove this pick from your personal watchlist for easy tracking
  • Compare toggle — add this pick to a side-by-side comparison view to evaluate multiple picks together

The core of the pick, showing exactly what is being analyzed:

  • Stat name — the statistical category, e.g., “Puntos” (Points), “Rebotes” (Rebounds), “Asistencias” (Assists)
  • Period badge — if the pick targets a specific period, a small badge appears: “1Q” (first quarter), “1H” (first half). No badge means the pick is for the full game.
  • Direction — “Over” (displayed in green) or “Under” (displayed in red), indicating the engine’s predicted direction
  • Line — the sportsbook line value (e.g., 25.5)

The visual representation of the engine’s overall score for this pick:

  • A numeric score (0-100) displayed prominently
  • A progress bar filled proportionally to the score
  • Color coding based on score ranges:
Score RangeColorLabel
>= 80GoldElite
>= 65GreenBueno (Good)
>= 55Yellow
< 55Red
  • Legend ticks on the bar mark the >= 65 (“Bueno”) and >= 80 (“Elite”) thresholds

Key performance indicators below the score bar:

  • COVER PROB — the engine’s estimated probability that this prop will hit, shown as a percentage. Higher is better.
  • L10 badge — the player’s hit rate for this specific stat and line over the last 10 games:
    • A colored dot indicating trend: green (hot), gray (neutral), red (cold)
    • Hit fraction (e.g., “7/10”) — how many of the last 10 games would have hit
    • Hit percentage (e.g., “70%”) — the same data as a percentage

Seven mini horizontal bars, one for each of the engine’s scoring blocks:

  1. Player Profile — season averages, trends, consistency, minutes stability
  2. Matchup — opponent defense, pace, DvP rankings
  3. Synergy — teammate injury impact, on/off splits
  4. Game Context — spread, total, home/away, back-to-back, game importance
  5. Market Line — edge vs line, line movement, multi-book consensus
  6. Analysis Quality — sample size, hit rate confidence, statistical reliability
  7. External Signals — third-party projections and market intelligence

Each bar is filled proportionally to that block’s individual score. This gives a quick visual of which factors are driving the overall score up or down. Hover or tap a bar to see the block name.

For a deep dive into what each block analyzes, see the Platform Overview.

After a game is played, the card updates with the actual result:

  • HIT — a green checkmark with the player’s actual stat value (the prop was correct)
  • MISS — a red X with the player’s actual stat value (the prop was incorrect)
  • ANULADO — gray italic text indicating the pick was voided (player did not play, game postponed, etc.)

Unsettled picks (games not yet played) do not show this row. Settlement happens automatically after game completion.

At the bottom of each card:

  • Share button — generates a shareable image or link for this specific pick analysis
  • Affiliate link — a deep link to the sportsbook where you can place the bet
