Account Management

The /account section of PropLab contains five pages where you manage your profile, subscription, watchlist items, alert configurations, and referral links. Each page provides controls for its respective feature area.

Navigate to /account/profile to view your account details. The profile page displays read-only information about your account:

Founding Member badge: If you subscribed during the early launch period, a special “Founding Member” badge appears next to your tier badge. This badge recognizes early supporters and remains on your profile permanently.

The profile page includes quick links to manage your subscription, watchlist, alerts, and (for Sharp tier users) API keys, webhooks, and API usage dashboards.

Navigate to /account/subscription to manage your subscription and billing. The subscription page shows:

  • Plan badge: Displays your current tier (Free, Lite, Pro, or Sharp) and subscription status (active, canceled, past_due, or trialing)
  • Expiry date: If you have an active subscription, this shows when your current billing period ends
  • “Administrar suscripcion” button: Opens the Stripe Billing Portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and manage billing details
  • Cancel flow: The “Cancelar plan” button opens a confirmation modal. Canceling sets your subscription to cancel-at-period-end, meaning you retain access until your current billing period expires
  • CSV export: The “Exportar picks” link downloads your complete tailed picks history as a CSV file

If you’re on the Free tier, the subscription page displays an upsell section highlighting benefits of paid plans, including full analysis with spider charts, real-time odds, matchup tools, historical backtests, and unlimited evaluations.

Navigate to /account/watchlist to view and manage your saved items. The watchlist supports three item types:

  • Player: Save a player to track their stats and upcoming games
  • Prop: Save a specific prop line to monitor line movement
  • Team: Save a team to follow their schedule and performance

You can add items to your watchlist from various surfaces throughout the app — player research pages, prop explorer, matchup analyzer, and more. Each item displays in a grid layout with a remove button.

When you reach your tier limit, the page displays a notice with a link to upgrade. Lite and Pro users see a warning before hitting the limit; Free users see a hard stop at 5 items.

Navigate to /account/alerts to configure automated notifications. The alerts system supports three alert types:

  • Line Move: Triggered when a prop line moves by a specified threshold (e.g., 0.5 points, 1.0 points)
  • Score Threshold: Triggered when a prop score crosses a specified value (e.g., score drops below 65 or rises above 80)
  • Injury: Triggered when a player on your watchlist is marked as questionable, doubtful, or out

Delivery channels:

  • Email: Receive alerts via the email address on your account
  • Telegram: Receive alerts via Telegram (requires connecting your Telegram account in your profile)
  • Both: Receive alerts via both email and Telegram

Configuration form:

  1. Select alert type (Line Move, Score Threshold, or Injury)
  2. Set threshold value (for Line Move and Score Threshold types)
  3. Choose delivery channel (Email, Telegram, or Both)
  4. Set active hours in UTC (e.g., “09:00 to 21:00” to receive alerts only during waking hours)
  5. Click “Crear alerta” to save

Each alert displays in a list with toggle buttons to enable/disable and delete buttons to remove. The Alert History tab shows past triggered alerts with timestamps, alert type, and details.

Navigate to /account/referrals to access your unique referral link and track referral credits. The referral program offers 1 month free credit for each friend who subscribes to a paid plan (Lite, Pro, or Sharp).

How it works:

  1. Copy your unique referral link using the “Copiar enlace” button
  2. Share the link with friends via social media, messaging apps, or email
  3. When your friend registers and subscribes to any paid plan, you automatically receive a 1-month free credit
  4. The credit applies to your next billing cycle
  5. There is no limit — each successful referral adds another credit

The referral page displays:

  • Your unique referral URL: A personal link with your referral code embedded (e.g., https://nbaproplab.com?ref=YOUR_CODE)
  • Pending credits count: Number of credits earned but not yet applied
  • Credit history table: Shows earned date, credit type, status (pending/applied/expired), applied date, and expiration date

If you have pending credits and need help applying them, contact support. Credits typically apply automatically on your next billing cycle.
