Parlay Calculator
The Parlay Calculator combines multiple bet legs into a single parlay and shows you the combined odds, total payout, profit, and implied probability. You can add up to 15 legs and the tool handles all odds-format conversions automatically. Use it to quickly see what a parlay pays before placing it.
This tool is available to all users at Tools > Parlay Calculator (/tools/parlay-calculator). All calculations run entirely in your browser.

Understanding the Results
Section titled “Understanding the Results”| Output | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Combined Odds | The parlay odds in your selected format. This is what the sportsbook would display for the full parlay. |
| Total Payout | The total amount returned if the parlay wins, including your original wager. |
| Profit | The net gain if the parlay wins (payout minus your wager). |
| Implied Probability | The probability that all legs hit, assuming each leg’s odds are fair. This is the combined probability of all events occurring. |
The calculator always displays a correlation disclaimer:
Assumes independent outcomes. Same-game parlays may have different true probabilities due to correlated events.
This is important because parlay math assumes each leg is independent. When legs come from the same game (a same-game parlay), the actual probability may be higher or lower than what the formula produces.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”The parlay formula multiplies the decimal odds of each leg:
Combined Decimal Odds = Leg1 x Leg2 x ... x LegNPayout = Wager x Combined Decimal OddsProfit = Payout - WagerImplied Probability = 1 / Combined Decimal OddsIf any leg uses American or Fractional format, it is first converted to Decimal before multiplication.
- The more legs you add, the lower the implied probability becomes. A 4-leg parlay at -110 per leg has roughly a 6.25% chance of hitting.
- Use this calculator to sanity-check parlays before placing them. If the implied probability is below 5%, you need to be very confident in every leg.
- For engine-backed parlays built from today’s actual props, use the Parlay Builder instead — it pulls live data and detects same-game correlations automatically.
- Compare the calculator’s combined odds against what your sportsbook offers. Some books boost parlay odds as a promotion, which can add value.
